After your order has been placed, it immediately goes through a process of verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. This process typically takes 2-3 business days, but can take up to 5 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email after your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on all orders. Because some of our items are shipped from global warehouses, shipping times may vary. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days, but please allow up to 20 days for your order to arrive. Delivery times may be a little longer during the holiday season. International shipping times may vary.
If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your delivery.
After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are due a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
