Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for an exchange or refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS:

All returns must be initiated within (30) days of receiving your order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS:

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return an item, please email customer service at returns@purrfectpawstore.com

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Intimate products or sanitary goods
  • Any item listed as final sale due to hygienic purposes

If your order is lost, defective, or damaged, please email us at returns@purrfectpawstore.com to arrange a refund or exchange.

REFUNDS:

After receiving your return, and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. If you are due a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
