As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your payment method for the purchase.
When we receive your order, we will begin processing your order for shipment, which includes verification, quality check and packaging. Orders are processed and shipped (within 2-3 business days) Monday-Friday only.
If for some unforeseen reason, your item is on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
SHIPPING TIME: (*not including the 2-3 day processing time):
This refers to the time after an order is shipped to the time it arrives at its destination. For US-based deliveries we use USPS, FEDEX, and ePacket which is a US postal service product. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days. For international deliveries, the shipping time may vary due to customs.
Once we've shipped your order, we will send you tracking information to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at email@example.com
